We keep track of how many people use this website and which sections are more, or less, popular in order to make informed changes to the website to enhance your experience. However, all the tracking data is anonymous and does not have access to any of your personal details. We do this to improve the service that we offer, and of course to ensure that all parts of the site are working.
If, for any reason, you are unsure about the personal and account information we are holding in your name, please contact our customer service team. They will happily review your file and update the records if required. You can contact us by phone or mail on the 'Contact us' page on this website.
