Delivery & returns


We deliver to all of the U.K. apart from the Channel Islands (sorry).



For our Taster Boxes

Delivery is FREE, via Royal Mail 48 Hour. If you just don’t want to wait two whole days, you can upgrade to Royal Mail 24 Hour at checkout for an incremental charge.

For half (6 bottles) and full cases (12 bottles) of wine:

FREE within 10km of Framlingham, IP13 9LL - Just drop us a line and we will arrange.

FREE - for all orders over £150

£5.99 - a case for all other orders

We aim to deliver within three to four working days when your wine is in stock. We do our level best to accurately show current stock levels on our website but unfortunately the little time lag to update it means that we can’t guarantee a wine is in stock, in which event we will contact you.



We deliver between 8a.m. and 6p.m., Monday-Friday excluding Bank Holidays.

Mainland UK (excluding Scottish Highlands and Islands) – 2-3 working days.

Other UK: Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland & Scilly Isles – please allow 3-5 working days for your order to arrive.

Festive Periods: please note that there may be delays to these times during busy order periods such as Christmas. Please check the website for the date on which last orders may be placed to be received for Christmas.



For half and full cases of wine deliveries, our delivery partners will email you once your Love a Taste parcel has been collected and is on its way. This email will contain a tracking code, which you can use to track your order.



The taster boxes should just arrive through your letterbox in the usual way.

However for full and half cases of wine, our delivery partners will need a signature on delivery so you will need to send the goods to an address where somebody can sign for them.

If you will not be at the delivery address when goods arrive, please provide delivery instructions in the “information for seller” box on the first page in checkout on our website. Here you may request for your parcel to be left with your concierge, office reception or a neighbour at the time you place your order. A contact phone number can also be helpful in ensuring your box gets safely delivered as speedily as possible. 

If you are out when the courier arrives they will leave you a contact card. You then need to contact them directly on the number provided as they will be awaiting your instructions for a suitable re-delivery time, which is free of charge. If our courier cannot deliver or re-deliver the goods to you, they will be returned to Love a Taste.

We strongly advise all customers to consider carefully where the goods are to be delivered. Parcels left with a neighbour or authorised person will be left at the customer’s risk so please make sure that you only choose this option if you trust the person with whom the parcel may be left. Six empty bottles is not as interesting as six full ones.

Please note it is your responsibility to check that anyone you designate to receive a delivery on your behalf is present to take receipt of your delivery. Where your delivery address is a property with a number of units (e.g. apartment block, office) and you request that the parcel be left with a neighbour without specifying anyone in particular, our courier will leave the parcel with whichever unit grants access to the building and this may not be your next-door neighbour.

We will not sell or deliver alcohol to anyone who is, or appears to be, under the age of 18. By placing an order in accordance with our Terms and Conditions you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and we or our couriers reserve the right not to deliver the goods if we are unsure of this or to request some form of ID.

If the parcel arrives damaged you can refuse to sign for it and it will be returned to Love a Taste in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. We will ensure a replacement parcel is sent to you within 10 working days. Alternatively you can accept the delivery, stating the nature of the damage, and we’ll deliver the replacement bottles or offer you a refund.

We ask that you take the time to examine the parcel and if there is any damage please make a note of the damage on the courier’s delivery note when signing. All claims must be made within 3 days of delivery by email to
