De Martino are a top-producer and are pushing the boundaries within the Chile wine-making scene. Made from vineyards planted in the heart of Isla di Maipo, this is a different style of Sauvignon Blanc from Chile, with some nutty, savoury characters to balance the bright lemon acidity and floral notes. Natural yeasts have added more complexity to the palate, which finishes with a creamy texture. - Andy Howard MW
Goes well with
Fresh, citrus driven Sauvignon Blanc but with a slightly nutty savoury flavour, this white is delicious on its own, but can be enjoyed with all types of seafood, summer salads and white meat.
Try it with a grilled goats cheese salad, or pan-fried scallops. Also a good combination with some Asian=style long-roasted pork belly, or Peking duck.
